Hostech by TUSID, which is the largest fair in Eurasia and the second largest in the world in the field of hotel, restaurant, gastronomy and kitchen equipment, will contribute approximately 2.5 million liras "only to the tourism sector".
 
Hostech by TUSID (23rd International Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe, Patisserie Equipment and Technologies Fair), organized biennially in cooperation with CNR Holding company Istanbul Fair Organization and Industrial Kitchen, Laundry, Service and Catering Equipment Industrialists and Businessmen Association (TUSID), 24 CNR EXPO opens its doors in Yeşilköy between October 28th.
 
Hostech by TUSID, industrial kitchen and laundry companies will provide an important opportunity for the companies to make new business connections and open the new products on display to the markets in this geography, with the increase in the activities of the industrial kitchen and laundry companies in Europe, the Middle East and Africa as well as in the domestic market.
 
Within the scope of the "HOSTED BUYER - Qualified Purchasing Committee" program implemented by TUSID, one thousand company representatives, who are invited from abroad and whose accommodation and transportation costs are covered by the association, are expected to contribute approximately 2.5 million TL to "only the tourism sector" at the Hostech by TUSID fair. .
 
Bringing Europe, the Middle East and Africa together
 
Hostech by TUSID, where a total of 1,000 company representatives from Europe, the Middle East and Africa are invited by TUSID for bilateral meetings and new business contacts, will also offer a serious opportunity for manufacturers operating in Turkey to market their products to export markets. The fair will enable the purchasing authorities of hotels, restaurants, ready meals and fast food companies operating in Turkey to see the latest trends and products in the sector.
 
Hostech by TUSID will bring together thousands of industry professionals from 80 countries, including Germany, Italy, France, England, India, Israel, Poland, Iran, Jordan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Ukraine, Russia and Greece. It is predicted that an average of 30 thousand people will visit, including a thousand foreign guests.
 
It will increase its export volume up to 1 billion dollars.
 
Underlining that after the 22nd Hostech by TUSID fair held in 2016, export growth figures of up to 50 percent were achieved in most of the participating companies on an annual basis, TUSID Chairman of the Board Ahmet Gürkaynak said, “As TUSID, industrial kitchens employing 60 thousand people and a market size of 13 billion TL. We aim to grow by 15 percent in the turnover of the sector by the end of 2018. The Turkish industrial kitchen, accommodation, hospitality and catering industry, which invests in R&D, design and innovation, rose to the second place in the world in a short time and reached the capacity to meet all the needs of hotels, restaurants and cafes from A to Z. Our export size is around 1 billion dollars, at the point reached today, industrial kitchen products are exported from Turkey to all over the world by nearly 300 manufacturing companies. We want to triple our foreign trade volume and exports.”
 
Emphasizing that the Turkish industrial kitchen, accommodation, hospitality and catering industry has expanded its export network considerably by taking part in the kitchens of hotel and restaurant chains in over 118 countries, from the easternmost to the westernmost, from the northernmost to the southernmost, Ahmet Gürkaynak said, “The growth in the tourism sector The good level of tourist and tourist circulation also positively affects the circulation of all industrial products used in hotels and restaurants. As TUSID, we aim to increase our export rate by approximately 20 percent, and we anticipate that sales will increase in the domestic market as well.”
